Hey guys - Mark your calendar for the 19th of March. We are planning a candlelight vigil at Bicentennial Park in Parkersburg at 7PM. The vigil will be a service to remember those who have lost their lives in the war in the Middle East. Hopefully it will remind people what the true cost of this war is. Welcome. We at MOVP are an organization based in Parkersburg, WV that took root in the days following the 2004 Presidential Election. Although we are a very recently founded group, we have far reaching plans to be a force for change both locally and nationwide.
